What happens next?
- Our workshop team will contact you to arrange an appointment for a free pick-up from your home or a personal handover in a CHRONEXT Lounge.
- As soon as the watch has arrived at the Service Center, our watchmakers check it thoroughly. You will receive an order confirmation or a separate cost estimate for approval.
- Our certified CHRONEXT watchmakers carry out the requested service of the watch under the highest quality standards. After the final check, you will receive an automatic notification from us as well as the invoice details.
- As soon as your payment has been received, our workshop team will contact you to arrange a date for the free return shipment to your home or handover in a CHRONEXT Lounge.
