With the Omega Seamaster Diver 300M Beijing 2022 Special Edition, Omega has presented a special edition to mark the Winter Olympics in Beijing. With this model, the Manufacturer pays tribute to its participation as the Official Timekeeper of the sporting event, which will be celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2022.

Stainless steel meets titanium and ceramic

The Beijing Edition is a visual highlight: while the 42-millimetre case is made of stainless steel, the bezel is made of grade 5 titanium, and the blue dial with laser-engraved waves is made of ceramic (ZrO2). Omega has also positioned the colours of the Olympic rings on the minute markers at 12, 2, 4, 8 and 10 o'clock.

Inside the Seamaster Diver 300M Beijing 2022 Special Edition works the Co-Axial Calibre 8800, one of the most advanced mechanical movements: each calibre has passed eight tests conducted by the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology (METAS). In these tests, the movement of the 2022 novelties has to prove its precision, reliability and resistance.

The Omega Speedmaster 2022 is the Speedmaster calibre 321 Canopus. This watch is the third model to feature the remake of the legendary calibre 321. The very first Speedmaster Ref. CK2915-1 from 1965 served as the inspiration for the new Ref. 311.50.39.30.01.001. Unlike the original model, the 38.6 millimetres Speedmaster Calibre 321 Canopus is made of Omega's own Canopus Gold. This is an 18-carat white gold alloy that is distinguished by its brilliant white lustre and particularly high durability.

The design of the watch is strictly based on the historical model. At the same time, the Canopus Speedmaster offers you exciting details. These include a tachymeter scale made of black enamel and a deep black dial made of onyx.
