Cologne, 22 September 2026- Luxury watch retailer CHRONEXT is introducing a new payment process, with payments now handled through an escrow account. In partnership with payment provider Nuvei, CHRONEXT is making the escrow account a central part of how all transactions are processed.

The new setup is designed to ensure that purchases and sales are handled securely, transparently and within clearly defined timeframes. Funds are held securely and only released once the inspection and handover of the watch have been successfully completed.
At the same time, CHRONEXT is working intensively to resolve all currently outstanding cases step by step and bring them to completion. The introduction of the new escrow account is an important first step in this process. Customers affected will be contacted directly.
