Jaeger-LeCoultre Amvox

The AMVOX2, which is evidently the second model from the AMVOX line, is fitted with an ingenious control mechanism. The watch leaves behind classic chronograph pushers and instead adopts an in-house designed contemporary system. The starting, stopping, and resetting of the chronograph are activated by a simple push of the finger to the anti-reflective sapphire crystal glass. The lever on the left-hand side of the case locks or unlocks the chronograph triggers. When the chronograph is unlocked, the crystal can be pressed near the 12 o’clock marker to start the chronograph while pressing around the 6 o’clock marker will reset the chronograph.

The AMVOX line from the traditional Jaeger-LeCoultre manufactory is convincing with its innovative diversity. The design of the watch is always carried through with the client in mind. It is simply created for those watch lovers who cannot get enough of both watch mechanics and motorsports. The first model of the line is the AMVOX1 (Ref. 190) that is equipped with the JLC 918 automatic movement. The timepiece is fitted with a stainless steel case and a smooth leather strap with discreet adornments. The reference 192 convinces with the automatic JLC 751B Calibre movement while the AMVOX2 model is powered by the automatic JLC 751 E. Decidedly sporty is the AMVOX3 Tourbillon GMT with the reference 193.

The AMVOX3 Tourbillon continues to thrill Jaeger-LeCoultre fans. The prominent British actor Clive Owen – who is also known for his distinctive style – can be spotted wearing the AMVOX3 Tourbillon GMT from Jaeger-LeCoultre. Also growing in popularity is the 2012 AMVOX7 chronograph from Aston Martin, which inspires with distinctive designs characteristic of the watch collection.
