Longines HydroConquest

The Swiss company Longines was founded in 1832 in Saint-Imier and can look back on a fascinating history. The Heritage collection pays tribute to the pioneering spirit of Longines. It is characterised by numerous reinterpretations of iconic timepieces that were once created by the renowned name.

The renowned Swiss watch manufacturer Longines has expanded its sports collection with the new and colourful HydroConquest diving watch collection. Characterised by power and precision, the company can look back on a long tradition that caters to watch enthusiasts who demand a combination of technical perfection paired with elegantly sporty designs.

Explore the underwater world with the HydroConquest

In 2007, Longines added some modern pieces to the HydroConquest collection “Sport”, and set a new benchmark for the world of diving watches. The HydroConquest surpassed the high standards set about by reliable sports timepieces and is both functional during underwater adventures as well as throughout fine dining gatherings on the beautiful coast. As diving watches equate to excellence, numerous versions of the HydroConquest are suitable not only for diving but also for countless other water sports.

Thanks to the screwed-in case back and crown of the watch, the diving watch is resistant up to 30 bar and provides maximum safety during diving. The unidirectional bezel is available in red, black, or blue, and ensures that the bezel is not unintentionally displaced while underwater. Furthermore, the timepiece is legible under any lighting conditions thanks to the Super-LumiNova coated hands and indices. The timepiece is safely secured to the wrist thanks to the double security folding clasp and integrated diving extension, further allowing a dive to be as secure and carefree as possible.

A modern classic

HydroConquest – a high-end diver's watch

Design with an attention to detail, extreme robust capabilities, and a good price-performance ratio are just a few of the highlighting features of the new Hydro Conquest that is now one of the most popular divers timepieces worldwide.

The HydroConquest is optionally available with a case diameter in 39 or 41-millimeters, ensuring that the timepiece perfectly adapts to a range of wrists. The HydroConquest is available in a three-hand version that is equipped with an automatic or quartz movement or is alternatively available with a chronograph function that is fitted with a quartz or automatic movement. The latter option (HydroQuest Chronograph Automatic) is equipped with the L688 movement with a column wheel, which was developed exclusively for Longines by the renowned movement producer ETA.

In addition to luminescent pointers, premium legibility is ensured with the addition of bold Arabic numerals in black, cream, or blue. Some chronograph functions are highlighted particularly well with the use of red paint. The sporty spirit of the HydroConquest is completed with bracelets comprised of stainless steel or black rubber, both of which are suitable for men and women alike.
